BTM AND EUROPCAR SPARK A DEAL AT BUSINESS TRAVEL 2002

Business Travel Management (BTM), the UK provider of bespoke, cost-effective business travel management, has appointed Europcar, the international car rental company, as one of its preferred suppliers of car rental for all its business travel customers.

The two companies have been in talks since December 2001, but it was at this week's Business Travel 2002 at London Olympia, that the two-year deal was finalised.

BTM staff will have direct access to Europcar's 'Greenway' booking system (GDS) enabling them to offer all their business travel customers exclusive Europcar rates. As part of the agreement Europcar will train all BTM staff on this system.

Wholly owned by MyTravel Plc, BTM has been operating and providing tailored business travel solutions in the UK for the past six years. BTM, which operates from twenty locations across the UK, offers a comprehensive portfolio of both travel and financial products.
