They receive an e-mail confirmation of their booking which outlines meet and greet procedures at any given airport as well as an SMS message which is sent 10 minutes prior to pick up with the driver’s contact number. State of the art procedures – real time credit card authorization, automated billing, online reporting and account tracking as well as personal profile and address book management – prevail.
